The hotel has no reception.
To access the hotel, you must register at the Hotel self-service, where you will receive all the necessary information to enter the hotel and enter the building. To gain access to the room, it is necessary to fill all guests and have paid for accommodation. Therefore, follow the information in the emails sent before arrival to use the Hotel self-service.
Breakfast is served self-service in the hotel lobby. Croissants, toast, bread, packaged ham, cheese, fruit and of course coffee and tea are available. Coffee makers are also in all rooms.
Smart hotel uses advanced technology in hotel rooms as well as for access to the hotel and rooms. The whole process of booking and accommodation is automated.
The hotel does not have a reception and therefore access to the car park, the hotel and the room is only available using the PIN code, which you will receive in the Hotel self-service after filling in the details of the accommodated persons and paying for the stay. Unfortunately, we have to register the data of accommodated persons on the basis of valid legislation.
You will receive an email invitation from us a few days before arrival. After clicking on the link, the Hotel self-service will offer you the option of logging in via your Google, Facebook or email login details. The easiest solution is to use Google or Facebook to log in, then you won’t have to remember another password.
By pressing the Email button, you can log in with already registered data (if you have ever been to our hotel) or register the data. The email to which the invitation was sent is pre-filled, but you can change it. Next, you need to fill in the Password and Password (check) fields and click the Continue button. Then just fill in your data (they will be used to complete the accommodated persons). If you do not want to complete them all, click on the “Register (incomplete)” button. Subsequently, you are already logged in to the Hotel self-service.
You can find the PIN code and room number in the PINs section after logging in to the Hotel self-service.
The entry of the PIN code number combination on the keyboard must always be completed by pressing the button marked with the key.
A keypad for entering the PIN code is available at the entrance gate. You will find the PIN in the Hotel self-service in the PINs section. The same PIN is used to enter the hotel and the room.
You can get access to the room, including the display of the room number, after filling in the data of the accommodated persons. You can finish this in the hotel lobby and make it more enjoyable with coffee or snacks from the fridge.
CHECK-IN is performed automatically the first time you enter the correct PIN code at your room door. CHECK-IN is possible on the day of arrival from 2 p.m.
At the end of the stay on the day of departure, log in to the Hotel self-service and select the “CHECK-OUT of all rooms” button.
CHECK-OUT is until 11 am on the day of departure. After CHECK-OUT, it is no longer possible to enter the room using the PIN code.
CHECK-OUT is not possible if unpaid items remain on the hotel account – in this case, first pay the additional payment for the hotel services in the self-service section in the Billing section and then do the CHECK-OUT.
It is necessary to drive as close to the gate as possible until the gate starts to open on its own.
When entering your reservation into our reservation system, we will send you an information email, which contains a link to log in to the Hotel self-service. If the link does not work for you, send us your email address to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as possible, we will send you an invitation to the Hotel self-service directly to your email. You can find out what the login screen for the Hotel self-service looks like when you click on the functional line in the pictures below.
Depending on the reservation, you will arrive the day before arrival or within about 10 minutes. SMS message with PIN for access to the room and hotel. Then it is necessary to fill in the accommodated persons with valid data and then to approx. 10 min. You will receive an SMS with your room number. We recommend that you take the time to check in at the Hotel self-service before arriving at the hotel.
